William Middleton

Originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, Billy has been in the real estate industry since 1965. He has experience in every aspect of the building business pricing and purchasing materials, carpentry and construction, finance and settlement, project management, land acquisition and development and property management. He owned and managed William A. Middleton Real Estate for 15 years. He is a past president of the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors. Billy has a reputation for being honest and fair with everyone. He and Danna live in King George County and spend all of their spare time boating and spending time with their grand-kids.

Danna Beard - Middleton

Danna has been in the real estate industry since 1985. She started in leasing commercial office space. Later went to work for NVHomes selling new homes in the Northern Virginia market. Winchester Homes hired her a few years later and put her to work in Spotsylvania County selling homes. She was awarded Salesperson of the Year by the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association in 1988 and in 1998 awarded New Homes Sales Manager of the Year. The Fredericksburg area has been home for Danna since 1988. Now home is in King George County where lots of outdoor activities such as boating, running and traveling keep her busy.
Lisa Oglesby
General Manager

Lisa has worked in many aspects of the construction industry since 1990 and has held several supervisory and management positions since joining The Charleston Company in 2000. She has been the production coordinator, a superintendent for Spotsylvania, Caroline and King George Counties, and the warranty manager with The Charleston Company. She is married to Norman and has two sons, Nick and Ryan. Lisa’s hobbies include her dogs, travel and boating.

Sheila Berry
Office Manager

Sheila has been working with The Charleston Company since 1997. She has over 19 years of experience in the Real Estate business, including working for a Title Company and Settlement Attorney. She will process and attend the closing of your new home and help you with any questions that you have. Sheila is involved in every department of the company and is a great help to everyone. She is always cheerful, knowledgeable, and enjoys her work. She enjoys horseback riding, reading, and spending time with her husband, Dennis, and two sons, Colby and Travis.
Jerry Arnett
Field Labor Foreman

Jerry has been with The Charleston Company since 1992. He manages and supervises the field labor team. Jerry has served in several positions while at The Charleston Company including, foundation preparation, framer, erosion and soil control, and various other field management duties. Jerry has been married for 32 years to Lavern and has 2 sons, Jason and Ryan. He is a native of West Virginia and has resided in this area since 1967. He attends Sylvannah Baptist Church where he serves as Deacon, sings in the Men’s Choir and serves on many church committees. His hobbies include landscaping and fishing.
Sandy Norwich
New Home Sales Manager

Sandy was originally a mid-westerner, born and raised in Wisconsin; however, she has been a resident of the beautiful state of Virginia for the last 25 years. She has worked for the F.B.I., a Northern Virginia income tax processing firm and has now been in the new home sales arena for the last seven years. Sandy is married with a grown daughter and enjoys spending her time off with her family. Sandy has purchased four homes herself through the years and understands the importance of finding a home to suit your needs and wants.
